Performance analysis
My coaching is based on a detailed analysis of your training and performance metrics to ensure precise and effective progression.
I monitor and adjust your training using:
- Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE)
- Heart rate-based intensity zones
- Power zones
- Maximal and explosive strength development
- Technical work and movement correction across disciplines
This data-driven approach allows me to individualize your training and optimize your performance over time.

Training is delivered through TrainingPeaks, where you can access your sessions anytime. Your workouts are tracked and analyzed, allowing continuous adjustments based on your progress and feedback.
Training is planned weekly to stay flexible and adapt to your schedule and daily demands.
